I am still of the firm belief that Americans should be allowed 10 free misdemeanors and 1 free felony in their lifetimes. It would certainly cull the heard.
That was a great article. Explains a lot about Dallas now. Funny how I just hear about it now...almost 8 years after arriving in Dallas and 2 years out of it. It was never my scene so that's probably why I missed it.

We have these guys and grrls in Des Moines, but I just assumed they were corporate shills. Here, they have menial bank jobs instead of retail jobs.
