A co-worker went from 0 to 60 when faced with a problem and it manifested in threats (I refuse to do my job) and manipulation (Because you don't agree with me, it must be that you don't like me personally).So one of my team caved to this behavior and rewarded this coworker in hopes of appeasement. We'll see how that turns out.
